The correct market and the correct site are an integral part of the success of any business. GRFI provides businesses strategic planning recommendations so that our clients can achieve the best return on investment for any real estate decisions.
Our primary business today is with banks and credit unions; however our distribution analysis experience has included services to medical facilities and hospitals, restaurants and the hotel industry.
Since 1971 we have analyzed more than 25,000 existing and target locations and evaluated every major market and sub market in the United States. Every location we evaluate is seen in person by one of our dedicated real estate specialists.
The primary objective of this type of study is to provide financial institutions with a Strategic Distribution Plan to further develop their retail branch presence in order to both generate new customer relationships and maximize existing customer services.
To achieve a Strategic Distribution Plan, GRFI conducts a Market Overview Study. This is a cost-effective method of screening multiple trade areas, based on factors that indicate high potential deposits and related business services for retail branching. These markets can be existing or target areas, or a combination thereof.
Once the Market Overview Study is completed, clients will have a roadmap for the development of multiple facilities based upon the potential of each market. GRFI’s recommendations include expansion, improvement of existing facilities, relocation, consolidation or closure.
